Ordering & Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.
Q: Can I place an order by phone or email?
At present, orders must be placed securely through our website.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How much does shipping cost?
· All UK orders qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery.
Q: How fast will I receive my order?
· Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day. Orders after 12:00 PM, weekends, or public holidays are dispatched the next working day. Delivery is usually 1–2 working days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
· Yes, we offer worldwide shipping with full tracking. Please note that import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Q: How do I track my order?
· Once dispatched, you’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking number by email.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
· Yes. Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return postage and must keep proof of postage.
Q: What if my item is faulty or arrives damaged?
· If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either refund or replace it.
Q: Can I return a mask after trying it?
· Due to hygiene laws, opened masks are non-returnable
unless faulty.
· However, if you purchased Mask-Fit Insurance with your mask, you may return it within 28 days for a refund (insurance fee non-refundable).
Mask-Fit Insurance
Q: What is Mask-Fit Insurance?
· An optional add-on available for selected masks. It allows you to try a mask for 28 days and return it for a refund if unsuitable.
Q: How do I know if a mask has Mask FitInsurance available?
· The option will appear on the product page or in your cart at checkout. If you don’t see it, then Mask-Fit Insurance is not available for that product.
Q: Can I add Mask-Fit Insurance afterpurchase?
· No, it must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be applied later.
Products & Warranty
Q: Do CPAP machines come with a warranty?
· Yes. Most CPAP machines include at least a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Please check the product page or your user manual for details.
Q: Do you provide medical advice?
· No. We supply equipment only. Please consult your GP or sleep specialist for clinical advice regarding CPAP therapy.
