The mask is the best one I’ve tried
I have been using my cpap machine since December and have used F20 masks, but found them constrictive, so I bought this F40 mask! Unfortunately I have never got the mask to seal correctly, my cpap scores are in the 70’s now saying “adjust” and not the 99’s and 100 I was getting before. Don’t know if thr mask is at fault, bad seal or me, have tried all different tightness of mask but always come up short !!!
On 3rd July I responded to an email from CPAPStudio offering a 10% discount. There was some uncertainty as I went through the purchase of my F40 mask but when I got to the PayPal payment it said £97.65. But when I got my confirmation email I had been charged £108.49. I contacted customer service who were very slow to communicate with - several days gap between emails. I provided the detailed information they requested. Finally they said they would look into it. It's now 18th July and I've resigned myself to my loss. If I was to sum my feelings up in one word it would be dissatisfied. A two word summary would be can't recommend.
Good price, super speedy delivery. Information was helpful. I now know how often to change the mask. To had caused problems in the past.
I think this type of mask is better than the full size mask. It is much more comfortable than the other one. The marks on my face in the morning are a lot less obvious than the full size mask & it didn't hurt my nose by leaving a red mark on it & making the top of my nose sore. It also is a lot easier to wear glasses, if reading in bed.
