FAQs

The ResMed AirFit N30i FitPack is the tube-up nasal cradle mask supplied with two cushion sizes, so you can find your fit without ordering twice.

The cushion sits under your nose rather than over it, and the tube connects at the top of your head — so nothing crosses the bridge of your nose and nothing sits in your line of sight.

What the FitPack includes

This pack contains the frame, headgear, elbow and two cushions — Small and Medium. Between them they cover most adult faces.

If you already know your cushion size, the standard AirFit N30i listing offers individual cushion and frame combinations.

Key features

  • Under-the-nose cushion – rests beneath the nose, with nothing inserted into the nostrils.
  • Top-of-the-head tube connection – keeps the hose above and behind you.
  • SpringFit frame – flexes and adapts to different head shapes.
  • Flexible hollow frame – routes airflow through both sides of the mask.
  • QuietAir™ vent – 21 decibels, quieter than a soft whisper.
  • Quick-release elbow – disconnect without removing the mask.
  • Two cushion sizes included – Small and Medium.
  • Few components – quick to assemble, disassemble and clean.
  • Magnet free – conventional clips, no magnets anywhere in the mask.

Choosing your frame size

The FitPack is ordered by frame size. Frame size is set by the distance from the bridge of your nose to the top of your head, not by the size of your nose. Both cushion sizes are supplied whichever frame you choose, so the frame is the only decision to get right.

Frequently asked questions

Should I buy the FitPack or the standard version?

Buy the FitPack if you are new to the mask or unsure of your cushion size. If you already know your size, the standard AirFit N30i listing lets you order just that combination.

Which cushion sizes are included?

Small and Medium, supplied with either frame size.

Does the AirFit N30i go inside my nose?

No. The cushion cradles underneath the nose and seals at the base of the nostrils. Nothing is inserted — that is the AirFit P30i, which uses nasal pillows.

Does it contain magnets?

No. The N30i uses a slip-on headgear design with conventional clips.

Will it work with my CPAP machine?

Yes. It uses a standard mask connection and works with ResMed, Philips, Löwenstein and other CPAP and bilevel devices. Set your machine's mask type to "Nasal".

Please read the current ResMed AirFit N30i user guide, including contraindications, warnings and precautions, before using this mask.

Important

The warranty periods shown in the table above are our general warranty periods and apply only where a different warranty period has not been specified on the individual product page.

If the product page states a different warranty period — whether shorter or longer — the warranty stated on the product page will apply, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

For example, if a particular CPAP machine is advertised with a 3-year warranty, that 3-year warranty will apply instead of the general 2-year period shown above.

Similarly, certain accessories, batteries or specialist products may have different warranty periods. Where this is the case, the applicable warranty will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Please check the warranty information in the product description before purchasing. If no specific warranty is shown, the general warranty periods in the table above will apply.

All warranty cover is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not exclude, restrict or replace those rights.

Love the flexibility of the FitPack. The only reason it's not 5 stars is I wish it included a travel case, but the product itself is excellent.

As a new user, this pack was invaluable. I found my perfect size quickly, and the mask is now my go-to for its comfort and minimal design. Highly recommend.

The FitPack is the perfect way to find your ideal size. I loved being able to try all three cushion sizes to get the perfect, leak-free seal. The top-of-head tube is brilliant.

Excellent value. This pack has everything you need to start, and the multiple cushion sizes ensure a great fit. The under-nose design is very comfortable.

The AirFit N30i SpringFit frame in the size you select, a Small nasal cradle cushion, a Medium nasal cradle cushion, adjustable headgear, an elbow assembly with QuietAir vent, and a user guide.

The FitPack is ordered by frame size. Frame size is set by the distance from the bridge of your nose to the top of your head, not by the size of your nose. Both cushion sizes are supplied whichever frame you choose, so the frame is the only decision to get right.

Yes. The AirFit N30i, AirTouch N30i and AirFit P30i share the same frame platform, and the cushions interchange. The frame accepts AirFit P30i nasal pillows and the AirTouch N30i fabric cushion, so you can switch style later without a new mask.

The QuietAir vent is rated at 21 decibels, which ResMed describes as quieter than a soft whisper. The mask has few components, so it is quick to assemble, disassemble and clean.
