Shipping policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday, Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your Royal Mail Tracked 24 tracking number.
UK Delivery
- Free Delivery on All Orders – Every order is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- Delivery aim: next working day after dispatch, although Royal Mail advises allowing 1–2 working days.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
- Tracking updates are available online through Royal Mail’s tracking system.
International Shipping
Global Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping using trusted national and international courier services. All international orders include full tracking for peace of mind.
Import Duties and Taxes
- Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be settled directly with your country’s customs office or courier.
- Customs fees are usually collected by the courier upon delivery or pickup.
If the buyer fails to assist Customs or the courier in clearing and paying import duties/taxes, CPAPStudio will not entertain refund requests for undelivered or returned parcels.
Delivery Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
- Certain prescription-only items may require valid documentation before dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@cpapstudio.co.uk. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
