We match the price
Once we've checked the listing, we'll confirm the matched price with you so you can order with confidence.
What qualifies
So you know where you stand before you get in touch.
Eligible
- The identical new product, same brand, model, size and specification
- Sold and shipped by a UK retailer
- In stock and available to buy right now
- A lower total price once VAT and delivery are included
Not eligible
- Used, refurbished or open-box items
- Auction, marketplace or third-party seller listings
- Clearance, liquidation or limited-time flash sales
- Prices that can't be verified, or that include bundles or freebies we don't offer

Can I ask for a price match before I order?
Yes. Get in touch before you place your order with the link to the lower price, and we'll let you know the matched price once we've checked it.
Will you match the price if the other retailer has a discount code?
We'll consider the price a customer can pay today. If a price relies on a code or offer that isn't available to everyone, we may not be able to match it.
Do I still get free next day delivery?
Yes. A price-matched order is shipped like any other CPAPstudio order, with tracked delivery to the UK. See our shipping policy for cut-off times and details.
How long does a price match take?
We aim to reply as quickly as we can during our opening hours. Sending the product link and the exact item you'd like helps us respond faster.
