Your questionnaire helps our Clinical Sleep Team understand your symptoms, medical history and sleep concerns, allowing your sleep study to be interpreted in the context of you—not just your overnight results. This ensures you receive a more personalised clinical report and recommendations tailored to your individual circumstances.

Step 3 – Receive Your Home Sleep Test Kit

Your Home Sleep Test Kit will be dispatched with everything you need to complete your overnight sleep assessment at home.

Step 4 – Complete Your Sleep Study

Follow the instructions provided and complete your overnight sleep assessment in the comfort of your own bed.

Could a Home Sleep Assessment Help You?

A Home Sleep Assessment may be appropriate if you experience one or more of the following symptoms:
