    Tips and Resources

Use distilled water only: Always fill the humidifier chamber with distilled water. Tap water contains minerals that will build up in the chamber over time, reducing performance and potentially damaging the unit.

    Data tracking:
Connect to Wi-Fi or insert an SD card to access your therapy data. Regular monitoring helps you and your care team identify any issues with your therapy early.

Filter replacement: Replace the disposable air filter every 1 to 2 months depending on use. A clogged filter reduces airflow and increases the workload on the motor.

Travel tip: The BreathCare III's universal power supply (100–240V) means it works with international outlets — bring a plug adapter for the destination country.

Important

The warranty periods shown in the table above are our general warranty periods and apply only where a different warranty period has not been specified on the individual product page.

If the product page states a different warranty period — whether shorter or longer — the warranty stated on the product page will apply, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

For example, if a particular CPAP machine is advertised with a 3-year warranty, that 3-year warranty will apply instead of the general 2-year period shown above.

Similarly, certain accessories, batteries or specialist products may have different warranty periods. Where this is the case, the applicable warranty will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Please check the warranty information in the product description before purchasing. If no specific warranty is shown, the general warranty periods in the table above will apply.

All warranty cover is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not exclude, restrict or replace those rights.

First thoughts are nice machine and easy to use. Did an update on the machine after receiving it and the set up menu changed, the mask and tube settings disappeared. Tried contact CPAP studio for assistance but no reply. Found a video online which resolved the problem

The bundle includes the Yuwell BreathCare III Auto CPAP (YH-680B) machine with integrated humidifier, a 5-year 4G modem, a UK power supply, tubing, an official carry case and an AirFit F40 mask. Data access is by SD card and Wi-Fi.

The Breathcare III has an integrated humidifier with 6 adjustable heat levels. Always use distilled water only, because tap water minerals build up in the chamber over time and can reduce performance. Clean the water chamber and tubing weekly using warm soapy water, then rinse and air dry.

The Breathcare III has Wi-Fi connectivity and a built-in 5-year 4G modem, and you can also use an SD card to access your therapy data. Regular monitoring helps you and your care team spot any issues early.

It covers 4 to 20 cmH2O, has a noise level below 28 dB, a 3.5-inch colour touchscreen, and weighs approximately 1.4 kg (27 x 13 x 11 cm). It has a universal 100 to 240V power supply and a 3-year manufacturer warranty.

The AirFit F40 is ResMed's smallest full face CPAP mask. Its AdaptiSeal all-silicone cushion sits under the nose rather than over the bridge. It uses magnetic headgear clips, and ResMed advises that masks with magnets are contraindicated for people with certain implants, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, neurostimulators, shunts, insulin pumps, aneurysm clips and stents, and for people in close physical contact with someone who has one.

If that applies to you, we stock non-magnetic alternatives. Please speak to your doctor if you are unsure.
