The SEFAM Néa Auto Machine is designed to provide automatic or fixed-pressure positive pressure in accordance with the user’s settings.

Manufactured in France, the device features Néalveole® foam-free sound-management technology, a colour touchscreen and a range of adjustable comfort settings. Optional accessories include the SEFAM Néa H₂O heated humidifier and compatible heated hose.

The SEFAM Néa is available in standard and Bluetooth-enabled versions. The Bluetooth version can connect to the compatible SEFAM Access Lite app.

Auto CPAP and Fixed CPAP Modes

The SEFAM Néa supports two operating modes:

Auto CPAP Mode
Automatically adjusts the delivered pressure within the configured pressure range in response to detected breathing patterns and therapy requirements.

Fixed CPAP Mode
Provides therapy at a fixed prescribed pressure.

The device supports an adjustable pressure range of 4–20 cmH₂O. Therapy settings should be configured according to the user’s prescription or the guidance of an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Colour Touchscreen

The SEFAM Néa features a colour touchscreen with clear menus for accessing compatible device information, comfort options and operating settings.

The interface is designed to support straightforward everyday operation.

Comfort Control Plus

The Comfort Control Plus (CC+) function provides adjustable pressure relief during exhalation.

Available settings include:

• Levels 1, 2 or 3 for exhalation pressure relief during therapy
• R.1, R.2 or R.3 for pressure relief during the initial therapy phase

The availability and operation of individual settings may depend on the device configuration.

Intelligent iRamp

The iRamp function allows therapy to begin at a lower starting pressure before progressing towards the configured therapy pressure.

A timed ramp setting may also be available, allowing the pressure increase to be configured according to individual requirements.

Automatic Start and Stop

When enabled, the automatic start function can begin airflow after breathing is detected through the connected mask.

The automatic stop function can stop airflow after the device detects that the mask has been removed.

The availability and operation of these functions may depend on the device settings and connected equipment.

Optional Heated Humidifier and Heated Hose

The SEFAM Néa can be used with the optional SEFAM Néa H₂O heated humidifier and compatible SEFAM heated hose.

These accessories are designed to provide adjustable heated humidification during therapy. The heated hose is designed to help maintain the temperature of humidified air and manage condensation within the tubing.

Please note: The humidifier and heated hose are optional accessories and are not included unless specifically selected or stated in the product package.

Optional Bluetooth Connectivity

The Bluetooth-enabled version of the SEFAM Néa can connect to the compatible SEFAM Access Lite app.

Depending on device configuration, app compatibility and regional availability, compatible information may include:

• Therapy usage duration
• Mask leakage information
• Therapy pressure information
• Therapy results and usage summaries

Important: Bluetooth and app connectivity are available only with the Bluetooth-enabled version. The standard non-Bluetooth model does not support connection to the SEFAM Access Lite app.

App availability and compatibility may vary depending on the smartphone, operating system and country or region.

Therapy Data and SD Card

An SD card is included for recording compatible therapy and usage information.

Air Filtration

The SEFAM Néa includes a standard air filter.

Compatible fine-particle filters may be available separately. Filters should be inspected, cleaned or replaced according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
